Add any special specifications or questions—our team is happy to help.
Step 3: Confirmation
(Within one business day of receiving your specs)
- We’ll email a detailed confirmation covering all machining, costs, and the delivery schedule.
- Approve our confirmation to receive your official order confirmation.
Step 4: Ship Your Parts
- Pack and send your cylinders and pistons.
- Be sure to print the official confirmation PDF and include it in the package.
- We’ll inspect everything on arrival and update you immediately.
Step 5: ICBM™ Processing and Finishing
(Approximately 20 business days for stocked items; approximately 2 months for new production)
- Aluminum sleeve machining
- Nickel-silicon-carbide plating
- Plateau honing with diamond abrasives
Step 6: Final Inspection and Return
- Precise bore-diameter measurement and plating inspection with specialized equipment
- Approved components are shipped straight back to you, ready to install.
