Step 2: Provide Details & Consultation

Add any special specifications or questions—our team is happy to help.

Step 3: Confirmation

(Within one business day of receiving your specs)

  • We’ll email a detailed confirmation covering all machining, costs, and the delivery schedule.
  • Approve our confirmation to receive your official order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Parts

  • Pack and send your cylinders and pistons.
  • Be sure to print the official confirmation PDF and include it in the package.
  • We’ll inspect everything on arrival and update you immediately.

Step 5: ICBM™ Processing and Finishing

(Approximately 20 business days for stocked items; approximately 2 months for new production)

  • Aluminum sleeve machining
  • Nickel-silicon-carbide plating
  • Plateau honing with diamond abrasives

Step 6: Final Inspection and Return

  • Precise bore-diameter measurement and plating inspection with specialized equipment
  • Approved components are shipped straight back to you, ready to install.
